What Makes A Hero – Kfir Gavrieli
Kfir Gavrieli says that heroes are not motivated by money or a
status quo that lacks authenticity. Gavrieli ensures that his company remains a
vertically integrated enterprise – not only do his employees have the
opportunity to reach CEO status but they are also encouraged to do so and their
fellow employees.
As a former Marine, Gavrieli found himself a person
with values and principles that aligned closely with his morals, values, and
principles as a Jewish man. With this in mind, he was inspired to establish
Tieks and put these values into action. To create a brand that allows people to
express their creativity and individuality, he created Tieks. “Tieks is a brand for
anyone who believes in what they do and who gives it their all,” says
Gavrieli. “People who want to put their heart and soul into what they do
and are willing to work hard for the cause.”
Gavrieli would also go on to say that a hero shows
up when they are needed. “The hero is someone who cares or someone who
goes the extra mile for others in a tough time,” says Gavrieli.
Kfir Gavrieli talks about what makes a hero. He says that when he thinks of a hero, he thinks of people who
accomplish something extraordinary and perhaps a little different than what
most are accustomed to, people who choose to do the right thing unusually
rather than the easy way. They choose to rise above their inclination and
commit to a higher cause.
Gavrieli is also a supporter of not-for-profit
Jewish settlements of Israel and has chosen to establish his company there.
Kfir Gavrieli says: I think a hero is someone who inspires you to create the
best possible version of yourself at this moment. A hero inspires you to make a
difference at this moment, who motivates you to live the best version of
yourself today. I don’t think a hero is someone who saves the world from a
disaster or something. I don’t believe they are someone who makes you feel
superior to other people. Read this article for related information.
