specializing in computer leasing and maintenance for government agencies. This
venture was a resounding success, with Minauro securing multiple contracts in
the South and Southeast regions of Brazil. 

Building on this achievement, Haroldo expanded his business
portfolio to include software solutions for finance, administration,
healthcare, and education. Through acquisitions and mergers, he created the
e-Governe Group, which became a leading provider of digital solutions for the
public sector. 

In 2010, Haroldo embarked on a new venture with the establishment
of Horizons Telecom, a telecommunications company catering to corporate
cli ents. Within a decade, Horizons Telecom had become a prominent player in the
industry, attracting the attention of major investors and resulting in its
acquisition. 

Not one to rest on his laurels, Haroldo’s latest endeavor is
the Arlequim Technologies startup. With a focus on optimizing the performance
of outdated computers and devices, Arlequim Technologies offers a
cost-effective solution to enhance digital experiences  for individuals and
businesses alike.
